We want you to be fully satisfied with your OMRY product. If for any reason you’re not, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, contact us via email or WhatsApp. We will guide you through the process. Please do not send any items back without prior confirmation.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please Note:

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable

• Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns

• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
