  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Contact us by email or WhatsApp to start a return before sending anything back.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days to the original payment method.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
